Yoga Nidra Gong Immersion in Cheshire & Shropshire

Join Clare’s Yoga Nidra & Gong Immersion sessions in Cheshire & Shropshire, a deeply restorative guided practice with sacred tea ceremony, oracle cards, crystal connection, and sound immersion designed to calm the nervous system and support deep rest.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided meditation, often described as conscious rest. My Yoga Nidra & Gong Immersion sessions in Cheshire and Shropshire are designed to support those who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, or in need of deep rest.

You’re guided into a state between waking and sleep, where the body can soften, the mind can quieten, and the nervous system can begin to reset without effort or expectation.

What to Expect from a Yoga Nidra & Gong Immersion

Each Yoga Nidra & Gong Immersion is a carefully held, 90-minute ceremonial journey, allowing time to arrive, soften, and fully receive the practice.

You’ll be welcomed into the space with a sacred tea ceremony, offering a gentle way to ground, settle the nervous system, and arrive fully in the present moment.

Each month carries a different theme, and you’ll be invited to spend time with oracle cards for reflection and guidance, followed by the opportunity to choose a crystal to connect with and hold throughout the practice.

From here, you’ll be guided into a fully supported Yoga Nidra practice — a form of conscious rest where the body lies comfortably while the mind is gently guided into deep relaxation. There is no movement required, and everything is offered in a calm, accessible way.

As the Yoga Nidra completes, the practice flows seamlessly into a gong immersion, allowing sound vibrations to move through the body and support release, integration, and deep rest on a cellular level.

The evening closes gently with sweet treats, time for quiet reflection and grounding, so you can return home feeling settled, nourished, and supported.

Everything is offered as an invitation; you’re free to rest, participate, or simply observe in whatever way feels right for you.

A Practice of Deep Rest & Renewal

This evening may feel especially supportive if you’re feeling physically tired, emotionally drained,

overwhelmed, or struggling to switch off. Many people are drawn to Yoga Nidra when stress, anxiety,

or burnout have left them feeling disconnected from themselves.

This is a practice of rest, not effort. You don’t need to achieve anything or quiet the mind; you’re gently

guided throughout.

Meet Clare — Your Guide in Rest, Yoga Nidra & Sound

Clare’s journey into Yoga Nidra and deep rest began through her own experience of stress and

burnout. What started as a personal practice of healing and reconnection gradually became a calling

to share these deeply restorative practices with others.

Over three years of dedicated training in Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra, alongside an ongoing

practice in Meditation, Reiki, and sound.

Clare has developed a calm, grounded approach to guiding people into deep rest and relaxation.

Today, Clare offers Yoga Nidra & Gong Immersions as a space to slow down, soften, and restore. Each session is held with care, presence, and intention, creating a supportive environment where you’re invited to let go of effort and simply rest.
