You don’t need to have meditated before, and there’s no expectation to quiet the mind or do anything “right”. You’re gently guided throughout and welcomed exactly as you are.

Each session offers simple, accessible practices including guided meditation, breathwork, and moments of reflection, helping you calm a busy mind and build a regular, supportive meditation practice.

We work in 6 weekly blocks, focusing on and connecting with specific themes, crystals, and practices, allowing you to deepen your practice.

Many people join after trying to meditate on their own and finding it difficult; this group offers gentle structure, guidance, and community.

The group is suitable for both beginners and those with an existing meditation practice.
