About My Offerings
I offer a range of holistic therapies, meditation, yoga, sound healing, retreats, and online programmes, including 1-1 sessions, group classes, events, and digital resources.
Holistic therapies work with the whole person — body, mind, and energy — to support relaxation, wellbeing, and inner peace. While many people experience profound shifts through this work, individual results will always vary. The commitment, openness, and intention you bring to your own journey play a meaningful role in your experience.

Holistic therapies are a complement to — not a replacement for — medical or psychological care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health condition, please always seek guidance from a qualified medical professional. Attending any session, class, retreat, or programme with me does not constitute a professional, therapeutic or medical relationship.
Liability
By using this website or attending any session, class, event, retreat, or online programme offered by Clare Marie Holistic Therapist, you agree to fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless Clare Hodkinson and any associated presenters, consultants, or contractors from any liability, injury, or damage of any kind that may arise from participation in, or use of, any information provided.
Please ensure that you have informed me of any relevant health conditions before your session. It is your responsibility to ensure that any offering you book is appropriate for your current state of health and well-being.
Confidentiality
Everything you share with me — whether in a 1-1 session, a consultation, or any written communication — is held with the utmost care, respect, and confidentiality. Your personal information will never be shared with a third party without your consent, except where there is a legal obligation to do so.

Booking & Payment
All 1-1 sessions, classes, events, sound baths, retreats, and online programmes are paid for in full at the time of booking. Payment confirms your space and your commitment to your own healing journey. Spaces are limited and held exclusively for you from the moment your booking is confirmed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling — 1-1 Sessions
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I will always do my best to be understanding. However, as a sole practitioner, my time is my livelihood, and late cancellations directly impact my ability to support other clients.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with 72 hours’ notice or more will be offered an alternative date and time, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice, or non-attendance on the day, will be charged at the full session price. No refunds will be issued.
Classes, Events, Sound Baths & Retreats
All bookings for group classes, events, sound baths, retreats, and online programmes are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
If you are unable to attend, please notify me as soon as possible. While I am unable to offer refunds, I will always do my best to accommodate you where possible.
Online Programmes & Digital Offerings
All online programmes, digital resources, and Zoom-based sessions are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
For live online sessions via Zoom, please ensure you have a stable internet connection before joining. In the event of a technical disruption on my end, I will do everything I can to reschedule or make alternative arrangements for you. Technical issues on your end, including poor connectivity, are outside of my control and do not qualify for a refund or reschedule.
A Gentle Reminder
When you book with me, a space is lovingly prepared and held for you. I ask that you honour that space — both for yourself and for others who may be waiting.

Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to services carried out with reasonable care and skill. If you feel a service has not been delivered to this standard, please contact me directly at claremarieholistictherapies@gmail.com so I can address your concerns.
Lateness: If you are late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full fee will be charged. If I am late, I will make up the time at a point that is convenient to both of us.
