Reiki
Reiki which comes from two Japanese words ‘Rei’ (universal) and ‘Ki’ (energy) originated in Tibet thousands of years ago and was ‘rediscovered’ in the 20th century by a Japanese Buddhist, Mikao Usui.
Reiki is a powerful system of natural healing energy. This energy flows through all living things and is vital to our well-being.
Reiki helps promote a feeling of deep relaxation, enabling inner harmony, balance and well-being. Reiki works wherever you need it most, gently releasing blocked energies and toxins, creating a state of harmony and balance within the mind, body and spirit.
Reiki may be used to support physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual well-being. Reiki helps reduce stress and anxiety, and facilitates a better night’s sleep and lifestyle habits.
Reiki is a Non-invasive hands-on/above-the-body or distance-healing treatment.
