When A Busy Mind Calms Balance Begins

The Space Within

Online Meditation & Hatha Yoga to Calm a Busy Mind

In a world that rarely slows down, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, mentally busy, and disconnected from yourself.

This is a gentle space to pause… soften… and return.

These online meditation sessions are open to anyone worldwide, with many joining from the UK and beyond.

Each week, you are guided into a space where the body can release tension, the mind can begin to settle, and a deeper sense of calm can naturally emerge.

A Weekly Online Meditation Practice

These sessions combine:

  • Gentle Hatha yoga to release tension

  • Meditation for a busy mind

  • Traditional stillness practices

  • Support for stress, overwhelm, and mental fatigue

Rather than forcing the mind to be quiet, we create the conditions where stillness can arise naturally.

The Practice of Stillness

At the heart of these sessions is the practice of Kaya Sthairyam

Kaya Sthairyam means stillness of the body.

You are gently guided to place awareness within the physical body, feeling, noticing, and allowing.

As awareness deepens into the body, the mind begins to soften, and over time, it naturally becomes quieter.

This is where meditation arises not through effort, but through presence.
